Loved it !! Our favorite place to vacation

Condo - Beach - Water - Everything was perfect !! This was our second time to stay in the condo and we absolutely love it. We will definitely continue to keep coming back.

Thanks for sharing this wonderful location and condo with us.

Cathy M.

This was an amazing condo located right on the beach. It has spectacular views of the gorgeous water! It was decorated beautifully. The beds were comfortable. We absolutely loved our stay We will be back.

Jason J.

Beautiful second story condo conveniently located, well maintained grounds with gated parking, couldn’t ask for a better view, it’s just like the pics show, access to floats and kayaks, I do wish it would of had a paddle board but we couldn’t have asked for a better stay

Beautiful Property!

This is a great condo with an absolutely beautiful ocean view! It was well equipped with essentials and has a large screened in porch as well as a large outdoor balcony with several chairs. The view you see in the picture is exactly what you get. Beautiful!

Very nice condo on grace bay beach

We had a lovely stay at the Grandview. The beach is steps away, there are lounge chairs for the guests. The beach is gorgeous! The condo is beautiful, beds are confortable, kitchen is well furnished. We cooked meals a lot and we had everything we needed. We rented a car, and it was useful to go to supermarket, "downtown" and sams reef, bight reef for snorkeling. The view from the balcony is beautiful, and we can see the sunset on the beach from there.

Erin M.

The property is beautiful, conveniently located and very convenient to the gorgeous beach!

The Grandview is a lovely property. It's modern with all the amenities you need. It's conveniently located near great restaurants, shopping and activities. The Salt Mills (shopping area) is very close by. The beach here is amazing. The propert is smaller than most, so it's quiet and less crowded here than at many other locations.

Our unit (202) was beautifully decorated in a beach theme and had all the amenities we needed - blender included. The bed was comfortable, there were plenty of towels, and the kitchen was well appointed.

We will definitely return here.

Very nice stay at Grace Bay

There was five of us who stayed at the condo and we all fit comfortably. The condo has an amazing direct view of the beach/ocean. It is conveniently located in Grace Bay, we walked into town daily and also took advantage of the restaurant/bar right next door. Very happy with the lay out and definitely recommend this condo if you are looking for relaxation and convenience. There were never issues with getting chairs and a spot on the beach, it was nice not to have to rush down in the morning and reserve chairs like at a normal resort stay.

The only hiccup we faced during the stay was with the BBQ. We bought food at the market to cook dinner and when we went to start cooking the BBQ did not work. We did not reach out to the owners/management for this since it wasn't an urgent issue but I wanted to bring it up so the next guests will have a seamless cooking experience. Thanks

Great location!

Overall everything was great. A few items in the kitchen and bathroom needed attended to. We addressed those with the management and hopefully they will be fixed soon.

We love Providentiales and this location and condo made for a great family vacation.

We loved the screened in porch.

Jamey M.

We were blown away at how clear and calm the beach was!

We were celebrating as a family, one daughter soon to be married and another graduating High School. We were all feeling a little bad about not taking the fiance, when we looked in the guest book and found a family in the exact scenerio that stayed only a few weeks before us.

We had a fantastic time. We caught too many sea creatures to name and collected so many shells. The waters are calm and shallow. The beaches were mostly all to ourselves. The house was in excellent condition. Chrischelle is absolutely as adverised in the other reviews.. anything we need or want she can get it. The owners were very great in their communication. One thing to note, the island locals are also very nice and helpful. They seem to love tourists. This is very important on an island not so populated. The local police station is also a mile away so we felt safe. We will love to come back many times! If only we could find an open date when we can go! Thanks folks!

Ultimate Relaxing and Quiet Vacation Location

My wife and I have stayed twice at this property. It is our escape from civilization and the busy life.

After the hurricane of 2017, we were worried that there would be damage to the beaches or the home. Neither were the case and both were in top shape. This property is far off the beaten track. After flying into Provo, you need to get to the ferry for a 25 minute ride to N. Caicos. Chriscelle can arrange a rental car to meet you at the ferry. A short 10 minute drive gets you to the property. The last 1.5 miles is a washed out formerly paved road. Just when you are convinced that you're going the wrong way, the road becomes paved and the home is a short drive further.

Have Chriscelle grocery shop for you and stock the home as there are few good restaurants. She charges a delivery fee but it is well worth it to walk into a well stocked kitchen.

The home is well appointed with WiFi, 3 bedrooms, a living and family room as well as a nice kitchen. Walk out the back of the house onto a pool deck with amazing views of the beach and water. When the sun comes up, the water literally glows with amazing variations of blue. There is a screened in porch for meals and a grill that works well. The Dish Network didn't work well during our stay and may soon be replaced. There are some DVD's or bring your own.

There are 3 houses together at the East end of a 2 mile+ stretch of beach. You will find the beach in a natural state which means that there will be some sea grass on the shore. During the 4 days that we stayed at the home and on the beach, there were 2 days when we saw no one and 2 days when we saw from 4 - 10 people. The beach is perfect for long walks, good talks and you can walk the 2 miles down to 3 Mary's Cay easily. Swimming in front of the house is very safe for young kids and adults. The water is shallow quite a ways out from shore and there are no big waves. Our first visit, we encountered sand fleas, but there were none on this visit. Have bug spray just in case you need it.

You can see the other 2 homes from the pool deck but during our stay, neither were rented. It was the same way when we stayed in 2016.

This island is perfect for a low key and fully relaxing time with your family. The home is perfect to allow someone to take a nap inside, someone else to be reading a book poolside and another family member to be on the beach. My wife and I are already dreaming of our next trip back to N. Caicos.

As always, Villa Cecelia exceeds all our vacation expectations !

Villa Cecilia, along with the GREAT people that own it, and the staff who is always there to help in anyway they can, is a first class vacation choice! We went fishing on a charter this year with Captain Bid D I am card mackerel and barracuda. This was a very fun time! The beach at Villa Cecelia is the best We have ever experienced and the Islanders the friendliest! We hope to go again in 2018.

Serge L.

Amazing view with the house to go with it. Love it!!!!

If you are looking for a place to relax and enjoy the ocean. This place will not disappoint you.

We had an amazing vacation in North Caicos at the Villa Cecilia. The house was perfect for 6 people ( 2 adults and 4 kids) and what a gorgeous house, felt like a Mansion. Our kids loved the pool, easy access to the house and most important the ocean. Just a few yards away from the house and your on this amazing paradise picture perfect beach as my wife would put it. She walked everyday for miles of pure white sand and ocean view to revive your soul. The best part was, nobody around on the beach as we had so much privacy it felt like " Case Away" the movie. Also, the manager was amazing, made our stay that much better and problems free. Thanks Chrischelle for all your help. Hope you give it a try...

We loved it so much we stayed 2 extra days

Breathtaking views, amazing seclusion, the perfect place to get away. There are only 2 houses, both to the left, in either direction. They were vacant during our trip and we couldn't actually find them listed on any rental site. We decided that even if they had been rented it was still so much more private than you could find anywhere else as there are long, long stretches of beach with no one in sight. We were originally set up to stay 8 nights and fell so hard for this amazing house and location we added a couple of extra days. We are already planning our next trip and wouldn't dream of staying anywhere else.

The master bed was very comfortable and we felt the essential items for bath and kitchen were more than adequate. Do you need to get more toilet paper and paper towels if you're staying awhile? Sure, but you're not staying in a hotel for a reason, if you want endless toilet paper then don't stay in a rental house. Were there some minor maintenance issues and did a crazy storm on the last night knock out the power and water? Yes, but the tradeoff is having a nearly private beach and the kind of existential zen experience you almost can't find anymore. You are on an island, virtually in the middle of nowhere. Nothing's going to be perfect, except the view and hopefully the company as given the seclusion you better really like who you come with.

Absolutely have Chrischelle shop for groceries, they have pretty much anything you can think of at the IGA on the mainland. You can put in an order at the Wine Cellar for wine/beer/liquor and then pay over the phone and have Chrischelle pick that up as well. Even with just 2 of us, I can't imagine having to lug 10 days worth of groceries and libations across on the ferry. I also recommend getting a car, you'll be happy to have that 20-year-old Nissan to get back and forth from the ferry and to the few restaurants and convenience stores, or to explore if you somehow get tired of gazing upon the most beautiful white sand beach and turquoise water. As many other people said, cash is king. Also, Miss B will come and cook for you at the house, a really nice treat. Bring bug spray, when the wind dies down the sand fleas can be brutal. Also, bring some laundry detergent pods for the washer.

What a beautiful villa and beach!

We vacationed at Villa Cecilia from oct 22-29, 2016 and had a wonderful week! The weather was awesome! Our private beach was breathtaking!! The villa was all that was promised! North Caicos is very isolated with very limited groceries n restaurants. We had Chrischelle, the property manager, prestock the villa with groceries and it was well worth it!!

If you are looking for a vacation of total peace and quiet villa Cecilia is for you! Other than the pool guy, Chrischelle and a maintenance guy we saw NO ONE all week!! (Other than when we ventured out in our rental car and even then it was only a few locals.) A whole week of total relaxation!!

We were on the island during "off season". So none of the local (only 3) restaurants were open. Miss Bee opened one night for us - Chrischelle arranged this for us. We rented a car for the week n drove to middle Caicos and ate at the Mudjin Bar n Grill for lunch. It was great with beautiful views of the ocean.

The locals were very welcoming and friendly. We felt very safe. I can't say enough about the villa private pool and the BEACH!! Breathtaking and so peaceful!! We can't wait to go back!!

Recommendations:1) Definitely have Chrischelle prestock your kitchen with groceries. Party of 6 we spent $1100 - which included her $150 fee. Meals, snacks n drinks. Great deal! Groceries on north Caicos are very limited n very pricey. she buys from the main island.

2) Rent a car for your stay $550/wk for a van (taxis $25 pp each way - very expensive) Chrischelle met us a the ferry with rental.

3) Relax and enjoy the privacy and awesome sunsets!!

Ron K.

Best kept secret! Let's keep it that way!!

If you are looking for lots of action, a bustling beach, lots of loud and unattended kids and a hopping downtown area... Villa Cecelia is just the place for you. The Villa is a bit tight, the kitchen is small but adequate and parking can be a problem depending on the season but Dan and Joetta do keep the place in good order.

Now, go away and find another place!!

Really, my wife, Eileen, and I just returned from a week at Villa Cecelia. What an amazing vacation. Villa Cecelia is the perfect place if you are looking for complete solitude, no people (other than yourselves) and zero action. During the entire week we saw just 2 people one day walking on the beach, that's it. The home is amazing: new construction, roomy and perfectly appointed; will rival any villa on any of the posh Caribbean islands. We live is a very congested area and work stressful jobs so when we go on vacation we want to completely shut down to recharge and reflect. This is why we come to North Caicos and now that we found the villa we will definitely be back. If you go bring plenty of books, lots of sunscreen and a barrel of booze and you'll be all set!

Thanks Dan and Joetta, we obviously had an amazing time!

We rented rooms 302 and 202. It was beyond our expectations. We absolutely loved both condos. They were with in walking distance of some shops. They were directly overlooking the beach. This was one of the best vacations we have taken. They were both beautifully decorated and comfortable. We look forward to our next vacation to Providenciales.

We had the best taxi driver: Recco from blue cab. He made sure we got to all destinations on time.

Our favorite restaurant was CocoBistro. The chocolate fondu was amazing.

We were surprised the shops closed early so just know if you are plannibg to shop do so before 6.

We took a deepsea charter with GrandSlam that was awesome.

We bonefished with AutherDean.

We went sharkfishing, but the absolute best was the sunset cruise with Sail Beluga. Capt. Nick was great! We loved having Ray and Luna on board with us, the two dogs.

Snorkeling the Reef was awesome.

I can't say enough about our experience. We will definitely be back and we will stay at Grandview 302.

Debbie H.

Great location

Steps from the beach. Condo was well equipped and had everything we needed.

Jeffrey T.

Gorgeous view!

Gorgeous view! Great place to stay for relaxing on the beach. However, snorkeling, paddle boarding, parasailing, etc. are not included.

This condo was truly a complete combination of all the beautiful descriptions listed!

view of the ocean and the beach are the best we have ever come across! the condo was wonderful, cozy, great for gatherings or a quiet retreat a few steps away in each of the bedrooms.beach sands are like finely sifted flour and cool to your feet even on the hottest days.parasailing, snorkeling and kayaking right out your front door!take a cruise and see more of the beaches or drive down to smiths reef to explore the reef.restaurants are plentiful and the food was first class(bella vista had the best pizza in the world) and seafood abounds. we will be going back, and may have to buy a picture frame to put our own family photo in and include it with the owners family! thanks for a wonderful vacation property!

Perfect Choice

Smooth transaction, check in and check out. Very private complex. Not crowded. Easy to locate. Clean condo with incredibly beautiful views. This was our family trip with my mother, her sister, my brothers and one fiance’. Ages ranging from 43 to 71. The condo was spacious enough for us to all hang out together at one time or have privacy when needed. There was elevator convenience; the staff maintain the pool and clean property amenities every morning; kayaks and beach accessories available for use; coolers, ice packs supplied.

Snorkeling trips, parasailing, fishing etc. all accessible right at beach. Boats pull right up to the beach and pick you up.

Restaurant at West Indies Resort called the Pelican Bar has good food and live music within 100 foot of Grandview property. Great fish tacos, BBQ Ribs and Jerk Chicken wrap at lunchtime.

Club Med is a couple resorts down the beach, short walk. They have a public bar on the beach. They also have DJ parties with open bar for $60 (10pm to 2am). If you go out on the balcony after 10pm you will hear if they have a good party going 

Every place makes a great Rum Punch. The Bambarra Rum made in T&C is an award winner. I highly recommend it.

I recommend getting a rental vehicle. Grace Bay car rentals located on airport grounds was very convenient. If you pay your cell phone carrier for international service Google maps navigation worked like a champ!

The shopping area, golf and grocery store are all located within one mile of the condo.

We definitely hope to visit again soon. We certainly miss it already. Thanks Dan and Joetta!

Marco S.

Great family vacation!

Our family stayed here from 06/21/16 till 06/28/16. We are a family of 5 and had plenty of room. Everything was clean and looked just like the pictures online. The views from all the rooms were beautiful. The only room that didn't have a ocean view was the one with the 2 twin beds. We would definitely go back and stay again!

Lesley S.

5 Stars!

Our vacation ( family of 5 ) was wonderful! The condo is exactly as pictured and described. We had every amenity, walked to and from restaurants, and enjoyed the use of the water sports equipment. The views are spectacular and the Condo was clean, well maintained, and provided everything you would require for a true beach vacation. We will definitely be back !

Karen G.

We had an amazing time for our girls trip. First the property was perfect, small gated complex in the best location on Grace Bay. The condo itself was nicely decorated, spacious, fresh and comfortable. All amenities you could want were provided. The third floor ocean front balcony was wonderful to just gaze and relax. A quick trip down the staircase and you were pool and beach side, with chairs and umbrellas waiting. There is an elevator and a handy cart for carrying up luggage and groceries. Full Kitchen, WiFi, TVs and AC fully functioning. You are walking distance to other upscale resorts and shopping areas for entertainment and dinner. We had a car, too. Very easy island to drive, just remember to stay on the left. Onsite staff helpful. We would gladly return!!!!! Thank you for the opportunity to experience you beautiful vacation home!

Linda K.

Breathtaking condo

I had the wonderful pleasure of sharing this spectacular condo with 5 friends for 9 days, the unit is very spacious and accommodated all our needs. The unit overlooks the beautiful beach, and the sunsets are never to be forgotten, I loved the overall location, convenient to all of what Provo has to offer. I highly recommend staying here, you will not be disappointed .

Fabulous! Fabulous! Fabulous!

The condo was everything I had hoped it would be. I shared the time there with 5 friends and it never felt crowded. The bedrooms and bathroom are luxurious and the living areas were spacious and accommodating. My favorite area of the condo was the patio which offer a comfortable area for entertaining, lounging and spectacular views of the evening sunset! I took full advantage of all amenities including the wonderful pool which provided my daily exercise routine. As I walked the green lined wooden path to the private beach I felt I was on my way to enjoying another day in paradise!! I completely recommend this piece of paradise to anyone who wants to enjoy the way life should be lived!
